Q.  "What services do you provide"?
  A.  DCC/sound decoder installation, custom lighting such as ditch lights, beacons, etc., detailing, weathering, locomotive repairs/maintenance, decaling, and more

Q.  "What do you charge for custom work"?
   A. Pricing is a range that varies depending on the type of service, email for a quote

Q.  "Are the models on your website in stock and available for sale"?
   A. All available for sale items are listed in the "Shop" section of the website everything else shown are examples of previous work done for customers and not currently in stock, however most are available on a made to order basis if you inquire

Q.  "What is the best way to contact you"?

Q.  "Where are you located/how do I get my project to you"?
   A. Everything is mail order and can be shipped to: PO Box 94 Chesterfield, IN 46017.

Q.  "What forms of payment do you accept"?
   A. Payments are due upfront, Money Orders, or PayPal (+ 3% fee) are accepted.
